We are a family-owned bakery with a passionate and hardworking team. Our journey began in a commissary kitchen at the start of 2019.Five years later, we are dedicating all our efforts to bring our small bakery to life.

Chef Steven has nearly 20 years of experience as a pastry chef. His baking journey started in the south of France, where he was born and raised.

Co-founder Apinya previously served at the Ministry of Commerce in the Thai government and spent six years as a senior spa coordinator at a luxury wellness center in Downtown Vancouver.

Our goal is to offer classic and authentic French pastries in an open-concept kitchen with a warm, family-style atmosphere, where you can watch us prepare your food and engage in conversation.

We cherish being part of our small community and strive to create a welcoming space for everyone who visits us.
